Our trading terms are as follows:

All new customers' first orders will be done on a pro-forma basis.

We strongly recommend all regular customers prepay their orders as significant disocunts are offered - please call us for further details.

Outside the Melbourne metropolitan area freight charges are payable by the customer. There is also a flat $15 delivery charge for Melbourne metro for orders below $500.

Please note payment is accepted by cash, cheque, internet transfer or by Visa or Mastercard.

Please note: Due to the nature of our products we do not send out loose cartons - consider 4-5 cartons of our products as a minimum order. This is to ensure we can palletise and shrink-wrap your goods so they arrive safely - not broken!
